Privacy Policy

Creator Club collects the account, profile, brief, application, conversation and uploaded content you provide to operate the creator marketplace. We also store session and basic security information to keep accounts working and prevent abuse.

Who can see your information

Signed-in brands can view creator profiles and portfolios. Authorised members of a brand workspace share access to that brand’s briefs, applications, projects and creator shortlist. Brief information is visible to signed-in users; published brief descriptions may also be shown publicly. Fees require sign-in. Applications are visible to the applicant and the brand that owns the brief. Project conversations and delivery files are restricted to the participating creator and brand, and may be accessed by the operator where necessary to provide support or investigate misuse.

Where data is stored

We use Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2 to host the service, store account and project records, and store uploads. These services may process information outside New Zealand. Essential cookies keep you signed in. We store notification preferences and in-app updates; opt-in notification emails are sent through Resend when email delivery is configured. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove portfolio files and sign out in your workspace. Contact team@glassro.pe to request access, correction, account deletion or to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained to resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations. If you use social login, the selected provider supplies the account information needed to authenticate you.

Uploads

Only upload information you have permission to share. Avoid including bank account details, identification documents or other sensitive information in portfolios and project messages.
