Creator Club connects independent creators aged 18 or older with brands. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and only upload work you have the rights to share.

Working together

A published brief sets out the fee, deliverables, deadline, usage rights and included revisions. Acceptance creates an agreement directly between the creator and the brand. Record any changes in the project conversation before proceeding. Creators retain ownership except for rights expressly agreed in the brief or conversation. Brands must obtain permission before using work beyond those rights.

Payments

In this prototype version, brands arrange and pay creator fees directly. Creator Club does not process, hold or guarantee payments. A “paid” status records the brand’s declaration; it is not confirmation by a payment provider. Each party is responsible for their own invoicing, tax and GST obligations.

Content and conduct

Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content. Do not impersonate others or misuse personal information. You are responsible for appropriate advertising disclosures and complying with applicable New Zealand law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that misuse the service.

The service

The service is an early version and features may change. We do not guarantee a particular volume of work, creator availability or commercial results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
