A good brief.
A better starting point.

Give a creator enough direction to understand the job, with enough room to make content in their own style. Creator Club lets your team publish a brief, review applications and manage delivery in a dedicated brand workspace.

Give creators a clear starting point.

Clear direction makes it easier to choose a creator and review the work.

Write down the job, not just the idea.

Describe the product or service, the audience and what the content needs to communicate. List finished deliverables, the creator fee, delivery date, included revision rounds and where you intend to use the content. Include product supply or account access arrangements when relevant.

Choose a creator for the work.

Browse portfolios by niche, location, availability and review status. Shortlist suitable people or invite them to an open brief. Read applications for a specific approach to your idea. Once you select a creator, a project workspace brings the conversation and delivery together.

Review clearly and keep a record.

Give feedback that refers to the agreed brief. Ask for the included revisions where needed, then approve the finished work. Arrange payment directly and record the payment reference after it has been made. Team members in the same brand workspace can manage the collaboration together.

Before you brief.

Can we manage more than one brand?

Yes. Create separate workspaces for each brand and switch between them. Each has its own briefs, projects, team and creator shortlist. Owners can invite colleagues and remove workspace access.

What should our creator fee cover?

State what you are commissioning: filming, editing, file versions, revision rounds and usage. Raw footage, additional social posts, paid advertising and extended usage may need separate agreement. Include your invoicing and GST expectations in the brief.

Can we reuse a brief?

Yes. Use an existing brief as the starting point for a new one, then update its deliverables, fee and dates. This is useful for recurring content or working with a creator again.
