Content that fits
the way people watch.

Start with what you need to explain or show. Then choose the format, filming approach and channel. A clear content brief gives a creator room to bring their personality while delivering something your brand can use.

Make the brief useful.

Clear direction makes it easier to choose a creator and review the work.

Product demonstrations and unboxings.

Show a product being opened, set up or used. A demonstration can explain one useful feature or walk through an everyday routine. Specify the details that must be visible, any claims to avoid and whether the final delivery needs a voiceover or captions.

App walkthroughs and practical tutorials.

Help people understand a task, from logging a workout to completing a process. Give the creator access to a suitable account and explain the exact steps you want to show. Agree whether you need screen recordings, spoken explanation or a combination of footage.

Lifestyle videos, local stories and photos.

Give a product or service context: a morning routine, a café visit or a community event. Photos can show product details, a setting or the product in use. Agree locations, permissions, shot lists and the number of finished files before filming.

Before you brief.

Which social platform should we brief for?

Choose the channels where you intend to use the finished work. Tell the creator what framing, length and editing you need for each. If you need multiple versions, list them as deliverables rather than assuming one file covers every channel.

Can we use delivered UGC in paid ads?

Include paid advertising in the agreed usage rights if you need it. A content-only delivery does not automatically include paid ads, exclusivity or permission to run ads from the creator’s social account.
